EMP Work
Inspired by Golden’s photography exhibition ‘Home’, I’ve been researching the 1970’s as a decade. Apart from the early glam rock and punk, there were many things I didn’t know about the 70’s. Perhaps it’s because it is between the hippy-era 60’s and Thatcher’s 80’s, but the economic and social factors of the 70’s that still...

‘See The Sound Hear The Colour’ Anthony Burrill is better known for his bold, witty posters but he also does these incredibly colourful animations.  Burrill is the second designer I’m looking at for my D & AD Pentagram brief 2012.  I am already acquainted with his posters and I blogged this video a while back.  Quick Bio.  Blog.

Overlooked typefaces
gratuitoustype: Great list of overlooked typefaces released by Paul Shaw much much earlier this year. Gotta find a use for this light weight of Koch Antiqua in particular. How pretty. - How stunning!
